What is TPS?
TPS (the Telephone Preference Service) is the UK’s official ‘do not call’ list for individuals who sign up to the register for free to opt out of marketing calls. It is the law to screen all marketing calls against the register every 28 days unless you have been given clear consent that you can call the individual. Companies who do not comply can face a fine of up to £17.8m or 4% of global turnover (whichever is greater) by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
What is CTPS?
CTPS (the Corporate Telephone Preference Service) is the UK’s official ‘do not call’ list for companies. Similar to the TPS, companies sign up to the CTPS register for free to opt out of marketing calls. You must therefore screen all marketing calls against the register every 28 days unless the company has given clear consent that you can call them. The same hefty fines by the ICO are applicable.
How do I know if my numbers are on the TPS or the CTPS?

Pay as you go prices are just £6/1000 with a low minimum order value of £25. Discounts are available for larger volumes (refer to table below).
The above packages of records are valid for 12 months, so you don’t need to check the whole volume in one go.
